Delivery Charges
Delivery is charged at a flat rate per unit or multiple units, regardless of the destination within Ireland and Northern Ireland . For larger orders, please contact us via the form under “Contact” for discounted pricing.
Delivery Address
We guarantee deliveries only to business addresses. Since we do not communicate directly with drivers, they may use their discretion in locating or contacting recipients. All deliveries are made during office hours, so please provide a mobile number if it may assist in delivery.
Dispatch & Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery on specific days. If an order is placed after the final order date, the company is not liable for late delivery.
Proof of Delivery & Risk Transfer
Proof of delivery will serve as confirmation that the goods were delivered as requested. No queries will be entertained regarding the delivery of individual items once the full order is confirmed. Risk for the goods transfers to the buyer once the delivery docket is signed.
Correct Address & Contact Details
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery address and contact details. The company is not liable for delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect information. Any delivery discrepancies must be reported within four days of receiving the goods.
Non-Delivery Claims
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days from the dispatch date.
Stock Availability
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available. All items are subject to availability.
Damaged or Missing Goods
Any shortfall or damaged goods must be reported within two days of receipt.
